We have a pre-screening application that we will collect from anyone interested in renting one of our homes. This application gets your basic information and asks questions in regards to income, employment, rental history, and criminal history.
We then submit your completed application to our pre-screening group for review and approval.
Once approved, we will reach back out to you to complete a final online application and background check submittal. The background check will cost $55 and is nonrefundable.
These pre-approval and final approval steps normally take 3-5 business days by each.
