If you’re dropping off cash or a money order, please come to our Hill Street address.

While tenants are not permitted past the gates without an appointment, you’ll see a mailbox marked “POST” just outside the gate in our driveway. 

This mailbox is meant for payments. It is locked and is monitored by several security cameras. 

Please ensure your envelope with payment is placed completely in the mailbox. We empty this mailbox daily and will drop you a confirmation message as soon as we’ve check your payment in.
